As an upgraded version of the fixed pulley, the ITA HSZ-B chain hoist completely inherits the advantages of the fixed pulley. At the same time, ITA HSZ-B chain hoist adopts the combination of a reverse brake reducer and a chain pulley group. The two-stage spur gear rotation structure is symmetrically arranged, which is simple, durable and efficient.

The ITA HSZ-B chain hoist pulls the manual chain and the hand sprocket to rotate, presses the friction plate ratchet wheel and the brake seat into one unit and rotates together, and the long tooth shaft rotates the piece gear, the short tooth shaft and the spline hole gear. In this way, the lifting sprocket installed on the spline hole gear drives the lifting chain to lift the heavy objects smoothly. The ratchet friction plate type one-way brake is adopted, which can brake automatically under load. The pawl engages with the ratchet wheel under the action of the spring, and the brake works safely.
