Installation method

1. Assembly of the ITA electric trolley
1) Insert the suspension shaft into the left side plate, install the suspension shaft on the hanger, install the washer, and insert the suspension shaft into the right side plate.
2) Install an external adjustment washer on the suspension shaft. Install a shaft-shaped limit pin on the suspension shaft.
2. Adjust the width of the ITA electric trolley
Please be sure to adjust the width of ITA electric trolley to obtain a suitable gap before use to ensure the normal use of the electric hoist and avoid danger during use.
3. Install ITA electric trolley on the traverse track.
1) From the end of the track, slide the trolley with electric chain hoist on the beam track. This is the most convenient recommended method.
