30T Electric chain hoist to Malaysia

Recently, our long-term customer from Malaysia, with whom we have collaborated for ten years, placed an order for six 30T lifting capacity and 6m lifting height ER2 model electric chain hoists.

Actually both of our HHBB and ER2 models electric chain hoist are popular, but ER2 model has more advantages, such as: advanced technology, higher working efficiency and lower after-sales cost, now more and more customers choose ER2 model.

You can see the appearance is very beautiful, the shell is made of Aluminium alloy, and most chain hoists you see from other suppliers, the shell are made of Steel. Compared with Steel shell, ours are better on: surface more smooth, weight lighter but hardness stronger. 

The Smooth surface, high quality paint and Beautiful appearance attract people's sight ,Of course, the perfect appearance is one of our advantages, what is more important is the inner quality of our products. Our ER2 electric chain hoist adopts the electromagnetic brake, which is better than HHBB model’s conic magnetic brake, this is also a big differences between the HHBB and ER2 models. For electromagnetic brake, when power is cut off，it will start working immediately to stop the motor, and this ensure the loading safety. Electromagnetic brake can get more quick and safe braking than Pound magnetic brake.

And about the contactor,  We use Chint or Schneider contactor as standard ,The contactor is one of the most important spare parts of the product ,so we stick to use the best .Regarding phase sequence protection and transformers, we also use high-quality ones to ensure the operation safety.

For the chain we use for ER2 model is standard G80, and for each piece chain hoist, before leaving factory, we all do the Loading Test with 1.25 times. By the way, for our ER2 chain hoist, limit switch is also installed, it will cut off the motor power if cargo lift exceed an certain height, in this way to protect the hoist to hit by bottom hook and lifting cargo.

Beside these advantages ,Our electric trolley is double-shafts, so that the hoist running more stable and smoothly .And Unique friction clutch avoids overloading,The new handle also with an emergency stop button and general on/off buttons.
