This year marks the 138th Canton Fair, featuring a total of 74,600 booths and over 32,000 participating enterprises. Approximately 207,000 purchasing companies from 217 export markets have confirmed their attendance.

This year, the Canton Fair has implemented stricter requirements for attendee registration to better select high-quality enterprises and prevent the resale or unauthorized transfer of exhibition booths.

Facilitated Customs Clearance for Attendees

Guangzhou Customs has introduced nine facilitation measures, including:

• Supporting "one-stop online processing" for exhibition-related business.
• Setting up dedicated express channels for Canton Fair guests, enabling 24-hour customs clearance.
• Implementing a "one declaration, one package" facilitation model.

  All exhibitors and imported/exported materials can benefit from "immediate processing upon arrival," significantly improving customs clearance efficiency.

Urban Service Guarantees

• Transportation: Guangzhou Metro now supports direct payment with international bank cards for gate entry and has increased the frequency of trains on relevant lines.
• Shopping: For the first time, a tax refund service zone for overseas visitors has been set up within the exhibition hall, enabling "shopping in Guangzhou, tax refund at the fair."
• Entry: Dedicated Canton Fair channels have been opened at Baiyun Airport, providing real-time support in 13 languages.
