why choose our lever tractor
Today, I'd like to introduce one of our best-selling products: Lever tractor.
It is widely used in the following: in factories, in mines, on construction sites, in railway building, in irrigation construction, in transportation,in forestry,in military engineering, for civilian purpose, in city construction...ect.
But how to operate the lever tractor? Let us show you step by step:
- Push the release handle up.
- Secure the machine.
- Insert the wire rope.
- Push the release handle down.
- Use the lever to move the forward handle, and the trolley will move forward.
- Move the reverse handle to lower the load.
- Unsecure the machine.
- Push the release handle up to remove the wire rope.
Comparison:
- Aluminum Housing:All housings are cast from 104 aluminum alloy, which is processed from A00 grade aluminum ingots. Compared to the standard, each set of the 5.4-ton aluminum housing is 2.2 kg lighter. The housing thickness is reduced, leading to a decrease in the overall tensile strength of the machine.

Add the lifting handle of the 3.2T aluminum housing, our factory's weighs is 6.3 kg, while the competitor's (before mold modification) weighs is 6.0 kg.
- Aluminum Shell Bushings: The rocker bushings for the 3.2T tractor's steering mechanism and the advance handle bushings produced by our company are made of H58 soft brass, with theback surface reversed design. The ductility and high wear resistance of brass enhance the fit with the aluminum shell, making the machine more durable. Other factories use bushings made of 20# seamless steel tubes to reduce costs, but this compromises the machine's service life and stability.

3.Internal Shaft Holes:
The machine interior contains a total of 18 sheet metal parts and 52 shaft holes. All internal components produced in our factory are stamped from 16Mn steel. Subsequently, each shaft hole is precision-reamed to maintain a tolerance within 0.01mm. Meanwhile, the shafts first undergo heat treatment and are then finished with centerless grinding, also controlling their tolerance within 0.01mm. This process ensures a tight fit between the shafts and the clamping plates. When the machine is under heavy load, each shaft makes full contact with its corresponding hole in the plates, which significantly enhances the machine's tensile strength and service life.
In contrast, other factories often proceed to assembly immediately after stamping. This practice can lead to misalignment between the upper and lower holes, creating a tapered bore (commonly known as a "bell mouth" – see figure). Consequently, during operation, only one side of the shaft and clamping plate bears the load. The contact point between the shaft and the hole is reduced to a single point rather than a full surface area. This flaw severely compromises the machine's tensile strength and overall service life.

01.Clamping plates from other manufacturers and those produced by our factory.

02.The clamping plates produced by other factories have a front thickness of 15.00mm and a back thickness of 14.20mm.

The clamping plates produced by our factory have a uniform thickness of 14.3mm on both the front and back.

We trust you now have a general understanding of our lever tractor. We welcome your inquiries.
