Manual beam trolleys are also called hand beam trolleys, which are divided into two types: manual geared beam trolley and manual plain beam trolley. The manual geared beam trolley is driven by a bracelet, and manual plain beam trolley is driven by hand-pushing heavy objects. The distance between the wheel flanges can be adjusted according to the width of the I-beam track. The chain hoist is hung under manual plain beam trolley to form a manual hoisting and transporting trolley, which can move heavy objects quickly and freely.
Unlike manual geared beam trolley, the manual plain beam trolley has no driving wheels and only four driven wheels. When using, push the wheels directly by hand to make the trolley move back and forth on the I-beam. It is very convenient to install and use, and also easy to maintain. And the hand trolley is economical and affordable, and it is an indispensable hand tool in daily life.
The difference between GCT-B manual plain beam and GCT-A manual plain beam is that there are protective blocks around the wheels to prevent damage to the wheels caused by the collision of the wheels during the use of the trolley, and the service life is greatly extended.

There are something should be note when using the manual plain beam trolley:
1. The manual plain beam trolleys are strictly prohibited from overloading.
2. When the manual plain beam trolley is lifting heavy objects, it is strictly forbidden for any person to walk or work under the heavy objects.
3. When lifting heavy objects, the center of gravity should be within the plane of the I-beam web, otherwise, please do not lift it.
4. In case of abnormal movement of the manual plain beam trolley, do not use force to push it, and stop using it immediately and check the cause.
5. The manual plain beam trolley should be checked regularly for loosening of the fasteners.
6. The manual plain beam trolley are supported by I-beams. Therefore, I-beams that are deformed, twisted, cracked or do not meet the standards and have other defects cannot be used as monorails.
