Conductor rails or copper rails with insulating plates are used as power transmission buses, equipped with multi-level brushes and flexible mobile collectors. Because copper is used instead of copper conductors, it saves 25% of electricity compared with bare steel wires, and greatly saves material and installation costs. The basic design of ITA HFP Enclosed Busbar System is a PVC housing which is prepared to accommodate copper conductors, and current collector run in the PVC housing to get the power and feed it to the equipment. ITA HFP series Conductor Rail can be 4poles, 7 poles and 10poles with current capacity from 35A to 240A.
