Electric hoists will use different motors according to their performance and positioning. Electric hoists are small hoisting machinery, and ZD AC asynchronous motors are usually used. When the motor is energized, it produces electromagnetic torque and axial force that make the rotor rotate. The spring is compressed and the tapered brake ring is separated from the rear cover, and the motor runs normally. After power off. The axial magnetic pulling force disappears and the rotor axially resets under the pressure of the brake spring, generating a frictional braking torque, which stops the rotor.
