ITA Powerful Permanent magnet lifter: also known as Permanent magnetic chuck. It is a common and practical lifting tool. It has the characteristics of small size, stronger holding power, no electricity, almost zero residual magnetism, and high safety factor.
ITA Powerful Permanent magnet lifter is a high-tech magnetic lifting product that replaces traditional hoisting tools. It uses contemporary high-performance Nd-fe-B magnetic material neodymium iron boron, making it smaller, lighter, and stronger. Unique magnetic circuit design, the remanence is almost zero. The safety factor is high, and the maximum pulling force is 3.5 times of the rated lifting capacity. The handle switch is equipped with a safety button, which can be operated with one hand, which is convenient and safe. The “V” groove design on the lifting ground is widely used for lifting and transporting steel, flat mechanical parts and installation and transport of various molds. It is a very practical magnetic lifting tool.
ITA Powerful Permanent magnet lifter is designed by using the principle of magnetic flux continuity and the principle of magnetic field superposition. The magnetic circuit of the permanent magnet chuck is designed into multiple magnetic systems. Through the relative movement of the magnetic systems, the magnetic field strength on the working magnetic pole surface is added or Cancellation, so as to achieve the purpose of holding and unloading.

Permanent Magnet Lifter

This magnetic lifter is made with neodymium magnets which are used for  lifting steel sheets, blocks, rods, cylinders and other magnetic materials. The handle on the magnet features a lock-on/lock-off mechanism that requires the operator to manually switch between the two states. The V slot on the bottom is ideal for flat or round loading surfaces. The U-loop shackle hook allows for the easy attachment of slings and low residual magnetism for rapid handling.

It requires no electricity,  Each item must be tested qualified before they are sent out of the factory.

According to customer needs, we can provide permanent magnet lifter  with different safety factors of N38, N45, N50, and the customer’s choice is maximized.

Note: Please clean the surface of the steel sheet before using it; Prohibit standing under the steel sheet when the steel sheet is lifted; Please do not control the handle when there is no any steel sheet under the magnetic lifter; There are more magnets in our magnetic lifter, so the magnetism is  stronger.
