ITA HFP Enclosed Busbar System is a safe, economical, and reliable mobile power transmission device. ITA HFP Enclosed Busbar System is an ideal product to replace cable coils and steel sliding wires. The sliding wire has a simple structure and is easy to install. There are multiple transmission copper wires embedded in the conduit. Conductor rails or copper rails with insulating plates are used as power transmission buses, equipped with multi-level brushes and flexible mobile collectors. Because copper is used instead of copper conductors, it saves 25% of electricity compared with bare steel wires, and greatly saves material and installation costs. At present, ITA HFP Enclosed Busbar System has been widely used in port transportation, papermaking, tap water, automobile manufacturing, home appliances, and logistics industries. ITA HFP Enclosed Busbar System is used as a sliding-contact busway in workshops, factories and other power supply places. It has the characteristics of providing power mobility, convenient maintenance, and reliable power transmission.
ITA HFP Enclosed Busbar System is a compact, reliable and safe current supply system for cranes, hoists, monorail systems, conveyor belts etc.
The basic design of ITA HFP Enclosed Busbar System is a PVC housing which is prepared to accommodate copper conductors, and current collector run in the PVC housing to get the power and feed it to the equipment. ITA HFP series Conductor Rail can be 4poles, 7 poles and 10poles with current capacity from 35A to 240A.
