Structural features

The cable structure is soft, easy to radiate, and electrical in high temperature (alpine) environments. Stable performance, outstanding anti-aging performance, long service life, widely used in metallurgy, electric power, petrochemical, electronics, automobile manufacturing and other industries.
(2) The conductive wire core adopts a soft structure to ensure that the cable has good flexibility.
(3) Insulation and protective layer materials are made of butyl polymer to improve the softness, corrosion resistance and cold resistance of the cable.
(4) Color separation of insulated cores provides convenience for laying and installation.
(5) Wire ropes or other load-bearing components can be added on both sides of the cable core according to customer needs.

Applications:

YFFB Series Cable is designed specifically for frequent motion and flexing. Applications include portable control, spring and motor driven reels, festoon systems, power tracks, cable tenders, cranes and hoists.

Sheath: special polychloreprene (Butadiene-Acrylonitrile Rubber) which can remains flexible at -15°C,flame resistance and self-extinguishing.
Rated voltage: ≤1.5mm 300/500V >1.5mm: 450V/750V
Test voltage: ≤1.5mm 2500V >1.5mm: 3000V
Temperature range: -15°C to +80°C
